This gem was for sale earlier this summer and now it's back with a $100k price drop. It has a rare to Texas basement that has a nice raw brutalist feel (lots of concrete). Speaking of concrete, those stained floors are the one thing that I don't love, but that's an easy fix.

It's a good example of outdoor spaces and indoor spaces working together. Speaking of insides, I love the finish out on this one as well. Blonde wood floors, nice baseboard detail. This house is truly a sum of it's parts. The house designed by architect Don Harris in 2005 is great. Add to that some really great landscape architecture by Land Restoration and things get even better. The fact that it's in Travis Heights and a half block from Stacy Pool is the cherry on top.
