To me this house is 100% throw back oughts modern design. Shall we call it early 21st century modernism? There are a lot of aspects that still look really good like those maple (birch?) cabinets, and others like the slate tile, not so much. Overall though I’d say it’s aged quite well.

I love a bungalow that is mostly original and a little moody on the outside and modern on the inside. Check and check for this guy, though having lived with plywood floors I know those probably need to go eventually. Same for those countertops. Overall though, lots to love here!

I’m super interested to see more and more million dollar properties on the east side. I’ve got nothing bad to say about this one and hope they get their $1.5 for it. Then maybe someone will give me 2 milli for my house and I can move to Portugal. Any takers?

I’ve got to be honest, I’m not usually a fan of attached duplexes at all. This one though has me intrigued. First off the form is playful and interesting, the location is excellent, and the cinder block wall dividing the two properties seems like exactly what is needed in this situation.
