Here’s a great Holly house designed by Matt Fajkus and built by Sett Studio. I have to admit it was the lush landscaping that drew me in, but I stayed for the modern-meets-traditional interiors. It’s a tricky balance and I think they nailed it. You couldn’t ask for a better location either.
