There doesn’t appear to be a lot of “architecting” going on with the exterior of this one, it’s pretty much a two story box (says the guy who lives in a two story white box). Luckily there are some more thoughtful details inside like the grain matched cabinetry and lots of tile. I’m a big fan of the location though, sweet little spot with lots of walkable options.

Front doors that make a statement are pretty typical, especially on modern homes. I appreciate that this house’s door is the first hint of a light pink theme that carries throughout the whole house. It may be a bit matchy for some, but personally I love a simple and consistent color pallet.

Well isn’t this house just a breath of fresh air? Santa Rosa street is a favorite of mine, all the lots are 1/2 the normal size and therefore all the houses are tiny too. This little guy maximizes his space best as they can, but if you would rather a bit more indoor space vs outdoor you could always look at Santa Rosa Condos just down the street. About the same price will get you a 1,200 sf 2 bedroom condo.

Is there such a thing as too central of a location? JK, I used to live a couple blocks from here and I loved it. Great access to restaurants and bars and Lady Bird Lake for those leisurely strolls. I love the interior on this one, though its too bad the kitchen and bathroom aren’t as good as the staging.
