Don't judge a house by it's size. This 850 sq. ft. casita by Architect Jen Weaver has a whole lot of action smartly packed into a small space. The price per square foot is high, but I'd say this house is setting a pretty high bar for accessory houses. Besides the great design, this house also happens to be right in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods in Austin.

This Chris Krager designed and built home if full of thoughtful design and nice details. I'm always super critical of custom cabinetry, and theres a lot of it in this house.
