I’m absolutely in love with this 1970’s post and beam mid century home in West Lake Hills. I’m not sure who the original architect was (let me know if you do) but it received a full remodel in 2007 under the watchful eye of architect Nick Deaver. Bravo.

Read MoreThis one is a bit of a mixed bag. I love everything about the exterior. It's got the nice secluded front approach and the absolutely epic backyard pool and fenced area. Inside it's a bit hard to see past the furniture, but some elements are really well done. I know Nick Deaver had a hand in remodeling this home, I bet it's a safe bet to say he had a part in the good things.
