1909 Rabb : Clayton and Little

This is one of those listing that I know the photos aren’t telling the whole story. This is not one, but actually two houses (or kinda three, a 2/1 main and a duplex with a 2/2 and 2/1). The compound sits on two lots and over half an acre and was designed and built by Clayton and Little back in 2011. The current styling leans traditional but trust me these houses are modern through and through.

4005 Knollwood

I'm always surprised that there aren't more mid century modern inspired new builds. If you were going to pick someone to do it, Clayton and Little would be a good pick thanks to their vast experience with historic preservation and adaptive reuse. I the warm brick and wood used in this project, and I think clerestory windows are always delightful. This project does an incredible job of walking the line between modern and mid century modern.
