I know not everyone is a fan of attached duplexes, but the plus side is a more affordable house. Without getting into zoning rules to much, it basically gives the developer more flexibility on how they split up the maximum allowed square footage. In this case it gives us two 1,500 sqft houses, and smaller houses means smaller prices. Yay! Decent finish out on this one, and minus the traffic on this section of Springdale it's a great location with lot's of new goodies coming in this area.
