2803 Manitou
Well here’s an interesting one. Situated in Apache Shores where land used to be cheap this 2003 build was way ahead of its time. There are clearly cues from famous modernist hits like the Eames and Farnsworth houses and I’d say the design has held up well over the last 20 years. Read about the history here.
