This 2015 checks all the boxes though, thoughtful design, good quality finish out, all for a price that looks like a bargain compared to east Austin.

It's been a while since I've seen a decent flip in University Hills. It's still my go to spot for "affordable" mid century inspired houses in Austin. Overall the design is decent on this one (but what's happening in that bathroom?) and for the size of the house it's a steal at under $400k.

Ever notice the little string of mid century homes on 51st near Mueller? Well now there is one less and in it's place is this attached condo. While I think I personally would have preferred the home that was there before you have to at least give the developer kudos for getting a bit creative with this build. The interiors are great and the shipping container office in the back yard is pretty cool too.
