I'll stick with this Crestview home just because we don't see a lot of new construction in that area. This is a duplex (detached) so there is a bit in savings because of that. If you can see past the not so great staging it's really a pretty great space. I'm really liking the brise soleil on the front of the building too. It adds a nice bit of texture to the otherwise sparse form of the modern farmhouse.
