That's why I was a little surprised to see the price tag attached to this Agave home. Sure it sale price sets itself apart from the rest of the homes (it's almost double the average home price in Agave) but it also sets itself apart in other important ways. First it's huge by Agave standards where most homes are under 1,800 sq/ft. It has also had some significant upgrades done inside. I'm just as curious as you to see what it ends up selling for.
