Nice bit of architecture here built by Newcastle homes (and I believe designed by un.box studio). I’m particularly fond of the exterior, it’s hard to get a good feel of the interior though. You couldn’t ask for a better location than this one either, it’s one of my favorite neighborhoods.

When I lived in Salt Lake City there were loads of these brick tudor homes. Though much more rare here in Austin I still have a soft spot in my heart for them. This architect remodeled home does a great job of modernizing the interiors while at the same time highlighting the classic architectural features like all those amazing arches.

I suppose it goes without saying that budget is one of the biggest determining factors when it comes to which home to buy. For those with a lower end budget options like this become the only way home ownership can be possible. It’s good to know that there are at least options in this price range that don’t suck.

It’s a pretty simple formula really, and I’m glad to see more and more flippers are getting it right. Take an old house, add lot’s of white paint to compensate for lack of windows, keep the pallet simple, and if you are brave add one interesting area of tile. High five on this one, you checked all the boxes.
