At first this house seems like a strange compromise, a long shared driveway forces it to be a so long and skinny. Having actually been in the house however, I found that the compromise made for a great opportunity. The vast line of sight created by the volume and accentuated by the vaulted ceilings make the space seem generous but comfortable. I love it when a problem creates a more interesting solution.
