It’s the details like those borderless floor to ceiling windows, matched waterfall counters and steel stairs that really set this one apart. It’s the level of quality I would expect in a luxury home, but that you don’t usually get here in Austin at this price point. Bravo.

Inside it’s a bit too on trend for me and I always worry about the livability of third floors with slanted ceiling lines. It’s one of those things you can only really judge in person.
