This 2012 east side modern home may be showing it's age a tiny bit, but here's why I like it. First off, it's in a great location. Second, let's be honest. It's only a exterior paint job away from having some great curb appeal. You know me, I hate color. I vote all white, or all black. Lastly, these days I consider anything east side under $300 a sq/ft to be a deal. This one clocks in at $281 sq/ft. Bargain anyone?

This row of houses packed together are bigger than they look. The level of finishes looks great as well. Unfortunately the combination of the two make for a pretty big price to swallow.
