There are so many things I love about this house. Elephant in the room is it's an amazing location with a great view. More than that though I love that it's over 13 years old and still looks so relevant. Some of the features like the breeze blocks, and use of brick inside and out I wish we'd see more of these days. Price too high? There is a smaller and cheaper version for sale next door.

This modern meets traditional house feels perfectly at home in Travis Heights where the majority of the original homes are now historic. I appreciate that the original 1939 house was maintained and I even like the contrast of claw foot tubs next to minimal glass showers.

I always love a bungalow that gets a sensitive remodel and addition. The character of the 1935 structure was maintained and modernized and a new addition was tastefully attached in the rear of the yard. I love the contrast between the two spaces, both modern in their own way.

This one has been available off market for a while now but is fresh to the MLS. I love how playful and full of light the interiors are, and seeing all that custom cabinetry makes me a bit weak in the knees. Really good job by architect Tom Hurt on this one.

I walked through these Thomas Tornbjerg designed condo's when they were under construction, but it's nice to see them totally finished and staged. Great use of space on these units and though it's a bit hard to see by the photos there is a really interesting light well in the middle of the ceiling in the kitchen that I love.
