You know I've got love for the Brown Bldg. This space could certainly use some updates but as with every unit in the building the potential is there. I especially love the corner unit and the unique floor plan with a bedroom at the top of the stairs.

This is the perfect place for a minimalist on a budget. The 460 square foot floor plan looks like it could be a bit more roomy if you opened things up, but at the same time it looks like it has some great storage, something critical in a small space. Either way this is probably the cheapest unit you'll find at the Cambridge.

Ok, this one takes a bit of imagination, but trust me. This is two units at the Brazos Lofts that have been combined into one big space. It has everything you could ever want in a loft, exposed brick and beams, huge windows and even rooftop access. The possibilities are endless.

If I didn't live in a house I would want a condo downtown exactly like this. I would walk everywhere and pretend I actually lived in a big city. Joking aside I love the exposed concrete in this unit. That swimming pool doesn't suck either.

It's no secret that Brown building is one of my favorite downtown condos. They are priced well, have amazing terrazzo floors and concrete ceilings, and because it's a historic designated building you get a break on property tax. This is one of the better remodeled ones I've seen.
