I had an opportunity to walk through these Alterstudio designed condos a few months ago. The floor plans are generous and you can see Alterstudio's attention to detail throughout. They pose an interesting alternative to a proper downtown condo, sort of a goldilocks approach. The only bummer is the unplanned office building springing up next door.
