OK, I'll be the first to admit that these "tetris house" designs from the original Agave build out don't have the best curb appeal. That being said, the floor plans are decent and the build out quality on the inside is as good as anything in Agave. At this price point it makes it about the cheapest modern house you can buy. That something right?

For those with modern tastes and a budget under $350k Agave continue to remain the only real choice. This particular one has all the standard Agave features, architect designed, good natural light and it has some great landscaping plus a bonus playhouse in back for the kids.

While this Agave house may not have the best curb appeal in the neighborhood, what it does have is a dreamy interior and a rare for Agave single level floorplan. It also has one of the biggest lots for agave with nearly 1/4 acre of land with 2 outdoor living spaces.

I've sold a few of these Lawrence Group designed homes in Agave, so I have a bit of a soft spot in my heart for them. That being said, they really do have a great floor plan. They second story entry is a bit unique, but the advantage is some great city views from the second floor public space.

Ohh Agave, how you continue to tempt us with your modernist architecture and your relatively affordable prices. Built in 2008 this would have been one of the later homes built in the first phase. It's too bad that a good chunk of the backyard is taken up by those high power lines. On the other hand $174 a square foot?!!? That's some good value.
